About Us
Our Family Is Just Like Yours.
We wanted to construct a pool that our family could enjoy for years to come. Having built a number of pools on various properties we have owned: We recognized that the cost would be great.... We anticipated that the swimming pool construction process would be painful... We were uncomfortable with the payment plan that required payment prior to effort, and payment in full before completion and delivery of the product.
With few exceptions, the entire pool industry is slanted significantly to the contractors benefit, but there was little choice in the matter if we wanted a pool on our property.
Because of our prior pool construction experience, and our ability to work with our contractors throughout the process, we never expected to have such a difficult time getting our contractor to respond to our concerns; to work with us to overcome obstacles; and to perform services with professionalism, integrity, and honor.
We have been greatly disappointed in this particular experience. It has been a nightmare, and we have lost all confidence in our provider to deliver a quality product.
If you are having, or have had a similarly frustrating experience, feel free to vent that frustration on this site.
We hope this forum provides an outlet to pent-up frustration regarding the construction of our pools. We think it may be cathartic in nature, and we hope pool companies will recognize that consumers will no longer accept poor performance, at an exorbitant cost.
