Has Your Pool Experience Failed to Live Up To Expectations?

Initially, this site was simply a place where I could vent my frustration with the performance and product this company sold me.  What I quickly came to realize was that the more I posted, the better I felt.  And as an unintended consequence, the more responsive this company seemed to become.

Apparently, as I aired my frustration in a very public way, the company seemed to develop a sense of accountability.  They didn't like the fact that I was sharing my negative experience with not only the public, but with potential customers and prospects.  

Many of you have asked if we would post information directly related to your experience, on our website.  To date, we have been hesitant... but no longer.  We realized that our site provided a channel to share information, experiences, and outcomes.  We started to trend upward in the SEO rankings.  And this seemed to concern the company.  But all to often, I hear from you, that I am far from alone, and that many customers suffer from the same poor performance, lack of accountability, and inferior results.  

Today, we launch our 'Community' section of our website.  If you, too, are experiencing frustration and a lack of performance from Anthony & Sylvan Pools, let us know at OurPoolSucksToo@yahoo.com.  Send us a few pictures and a description of your grievance, and we will be happy to share our learned lessons, our contacts developed, and, if appropriate, post your content on the site.  Of course, without identifying information.
